HANDARBETETS VÄNNER / FRIENDS OF HANDICRAFT & LILLA BAREN RICHE

A textile-graphic installation at Lilla Baren Riche in Stockholm, produced through Friends of Handicraft (Handarbetets Vänner) studio. The exhibition took inspiration from the stucco which is decorated with underwater motives, and the newly painted turquoise ceiling at the bar.  
December 3rd 2014 – January 17th 2015.

For the opening of “Floating Threads”, we also created jellyfish embroidery kits which were handed out during the evening to the guests with an invitation to embroider more jellyfish and have the chance win a course at Handarbetets Vänner School through hash-tagging the embroidery on Instagram.
